Trial Period:
With each chair design, we offer you a 1 week trial period where you can test the chair to see if it will be a perfect fit for you. This trial period begins from the day you actually receive the chair. We are nearly 100 percent when it comes to customer satisfaction so we trust that you will be more than pleased with your new chair design.
Returns:
Please maintain the original packaging in case you decide you would like to return the chair. Once we receive the chair back into our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Cancellations:
If you should decide to cancel an order after it has been placed and before you have received it, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Warranty:
Our chairs are designed to last a lifetime. If you should experience any manufacturing defects, please let us know and we will address the issue immediately.
Delivery Time:
Because our chairs are handcrafted, we ask for a 3-4 week window to have your chair delivered. We do however honor requests to have them made sooner if at all possible.
